To motivate myself and my team time and again not to be satisfied with what we have achieved, but to never lose sight of the pursuit of excellence, especially after defeats – these were and are the foundations of my successes. I am happy to explain (and motivate my listeners) what is important.

– the source of success

The text deals with the courage to face seemingly unsolvable challenges. I was triggered by the line from it “Dream the impossible Dream”. He is has become my leitmotif”.

“Only if we are prepared to dream the impossible and are then also prepared to overcome our mental blocks, only then is there a chance that the impossible will become possible after all. If we keep trying to overcome the blocks that hold us back and restrict us.”
